I loved the location along the seafront, giving us beautiful views of the beach across the road. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our rooms were cleaned with fresh towels daily. I also appreciated the breakfast included in our stay, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the room with 4 separate almost-double size beds was a pleasant surprise, giving us plenty of space for our belongings.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect.

The Indian restaurant next door is excellent. Hotel within walking distance to the Rock of Gibraltar. Parking on the street plentiful.
Shabby and run down. Damp and moldy. My advice - pay the extra 5 Euroas for a four star 10 minutes away and enjoy 10 times better hotel.

I liked that my hotel room had a view over the sea.
The hotel's interior decoration was old and malfunctioning. The breakfast was low-cost and mainly concentrate based. Low value for money. The room door was creaked annoyingly every time I moved it.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast included in the price is a great bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day.
No major complaints, everything was just fine.

It has a beautiful view of both the med and gibraltar. It has an onsite garage. The area seems run down, but we were not there during busy season so I don't know if the neighborhood gets better when more people visit. It is a very good location to visit gibraltar.
There are no other things to see or do directly around it.

Spacious family room (we booked the triple with an extra bed and expected it to be much smaller). Breakfast selection good. Noisy the first night due to gale force winds - something kept banging outside the hotel (sounded like something on the roof). Nice hot showers with great water pressure.
Per comments others left - the bathroom did have a sewer smell at times - I think it's just the age of the plumbing - but it was bearable. Parking under the hotel - secure - but ramp was tight for my vehicle (Touran)

The hotel offered clean and functional rooms with fresh towels daily. the budget price paid also included a buffet style breakfast, which was a great value for money. the hotel location was also a standout feature, as it was right across the street from the beach, offering a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
The hotel had some negatives that should be mentioned. the public areas and rooms were described as run down and dated, with cleanliness being a major issue.

We wanted a better alternative to staying in Gibraltar and didn't particularly want to take the car on to the Rock, this was a good choice, slightly rough around the edges but trying hard. The hotel is on the beachfront facing east, and it is about 15 minutes walk to the frontier, or 5€ taxi back late at night. Included breakfast quite reasonable and relaxed.

We were a bit nervous about booking a room for three adults, but were pleasantly surprised and got a room with lots of space. Good breakfast, friendly staff, great value for money.
The hotel is quite far from the border with Gibraltar, where we wanted to visit, but a nice walk along the beach.

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The place has breakfast included that was simple but delicious enough. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Plus side is the beach is just across the road where there is a excellent view of the rock of Gibraltar. It's near the border as well.

Good location close to the sea front and it gives good value for money.
Had one of the smaller side rooms which did not look out onto the sea.
